BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION VENDOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING: Vendor must obtain any licenses, permits, and/or insurances which are required for the operation of its trade or business. Vendor accepts all risks associated with the use of the vendor space and weather. Vendor agrees to collect and pay required taxes and sales taxes. Any food products must be displayed according to all health regulations and must list all ingredients. Magnolia Spring Farm will not be held responsible for losses, including but not limited to the following: o Merchandise or any display items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged in any way. o Personal injury to the customer or exhibitor during setup, cleanup or during market hours or damage to vehicles. Vendors are required to provide their own tents and tables. No refunds or transfers. If accepted as a vendor, you will be notified by email. A signed Vendor Agreement will be sent at that time.
